Family SOS, one press away

Press and hold for 3 seconds. Everyone in your circle, on the phones, e-mails and WhatsApp numbers you chose, gets your location, a photo and audio, and your home address as five short words you can read out over the phone. They can watch a live map for a short window afterwards, in the app or through a simple link. A daily check-in timer watches over the days nothing happens.

Meet Jax.
Jax is the helper built into e-SOS. Ask about signing up, your circle or your plan, on WhatsApp or right in the app. Jax never reads your photos or recordings.

๐Ÿ”ด One press, everyone knows

Your whole circle is alerted at once, and you can see who has seen it. The alert stays on their screen until they acknowledge it.

๐Ÿ“ Your family can follow

After a press, a live map runs for up to 60 minutes, in the app or on a private link that opens in any browser. When the time is up, it stops.

๐Ÿ“ A location you can read out loud

Your position becomes five short words, easy to read to an operator on the phone. The words self-correct if mistyped.

โฑ Daily check-ins

Pick simple times like "Wake up" or "Bedtime" and tap "I'm safe". Miss one and your circle is alerted, even if your phone is off.

๐ŸŽฅ Photo and audio included

A photo and 30 seconds of audio are captured while you hold the button. They're encrypted and expire automatically.

๐Ÿ  Your home and other places

Your home address goes with every alert. Family plans can save four places, like "School", and an alert near one says so.

โœ… Your contacts decide

Nobody gets your alerts until they accept on their own page. Every message they receive includes a one-tap opt-out.

๐Ÿš“ Your security company, connected

Link a subscribed control room and they receive the alert the moment it happens, not a stored phone number.

๐Ÿค– Works with assistants

An open API and MCP surface: your own assistant can sign the family up, check in on Gran or add a contact, only on your explicit instruction.

FAQ

Is e-SOS an emergency service?

No. e-SOS alerts the people you chose, as fast as the network allows. There is no call centre and no guaranteed response time. Emergency numbers are one tap away in every alert.

Does it work on iPhone?

e-SOS is an installable web app. On iOS 16.4 and later, choose "Add to Home Screen" to turn notifications on. Android needs nothing special.

Do you track us?

No. Your location is only shared when you press the button or start a Follow window yourself, and the window never runs longer than 60 minutes. Locations are deleted after 24 hours.

My family won't install an app. Can they still follow?

Yes. Every alert can carry a private link that opens in any browser and shows the live map while the window is open. They can tap "I've seen this" so the family knows. When the window ends, the link shows nothing.

Who decides if they get my alerts?

They do. A new contact gets a plain-language page explaining what they would receive, and they accept or decline there. Until they accept, they get nothing. Every message they ever get includes a one-tap leave link.

What does the free plan include?

A real signup with no card, and a real alert that reaches a real person with your location. You plus one contact and one security company, with a taste of check-ins and evidence.

What if my card lapses?

Your account returns to the free plan and the button keeps working. Nothing is ever switched off at a bad moment.

One account, two families?

Yes. The same e-mail can be in your own family and your parents'. Each family has its own plan, circle and billing, and the app asks which one you mean.
